Getting Glitch Robbed Twice

1. I went to build an item in the foundry and due to lag it charged me 60K instead of the 30K it was worth because I hit the button twice before it registered apparently. I shrugged this off as a one time deal and it was only 30K so I was like "whatever"

 

2. I started building a Wyrm yesterday around the time of this post... waited 24 hours... "Claimed" the Wyrm today and went to equip but it was not there. This again is an instance where the UI lagged and I pushed the button twice. It now gives me the option to build the Wyrm as if I never used the blueprint or built it at all and it is reallllllly &!$$ing me off.

 

These bugs are the worst kind and should be linked to the server more heavily with some cross checking going on to prevent this. I had considered spending actual money in your store but if there is a risk that it will get double spent or I wont receive an Item that I built then why would I bother?

It seems like all these problems are with the foundry. I would appreciate getting the Wyrm since I did spend the time and resources even if I don't get the 30K back from the first glitch. I could be gaming with it right now... UGH. If purchases were limited to a 3-4 second delay per purchase it would probably prevent this problem from recurring. You can also cross check what was built and received with the price to see if in a small period of time that same price was deducted for the same item and reverse it when it happens. The Wyrm not showing up because of the buttons thing... I have no idea but naturally I am pretty upset about such a major glitch.
