Fire Rate ! Question Please Help :) ?!

Hello everyone, I'm trying to find out if fire rate mods work on only automatic weapons or if they work as well on semi auto or if they dont work on semi auto weapons. pretty much if it applys for all typs of weapons or just the full auto ones and not semi. If you know please let me know folks thanks for your time ! idk if this has been asked before >.<

It decreases the delay between each time you can fire your semi automatic weapon, and it's extremely useful on weapons that dish out a lot of damage in each shot.
