Pinkie_Pie_Cyborg Posted May 4, 2014 Posted May 4, 2014 (edited) So these crashes usually happen when I'm on my laptop and I'm playing either Earth jungle tilesets, Orokin derelict or the Void. It's very annoying as I can only play on the old grineer and corpus tilesets with low FPS. Please DE, tell me what's wrong with my Warframe/Computer. The code is: WAR-233031 EDIT: The crashes happen when I play 30-60 seconds on the map. EDIT2: I forgot to mention, I have an FPS drop, then my screen freezes and then I crash. MaxiTB Posted May 5, 2014 Posted May 5, 2014 If you have lower than 30 FPS then you are using way to high settings. Try this: 1) Turn everything to low. 2) Turn your resolution to the native resolution of your monitor. 3) Check if your AVERAGE FPS on the first tileset (Mercury) is at least 60. 4) Increase one setting to the next level (whatever you prefer, keep in mind, costs vary). 5) Do 3 again, if it drops try different settings. That should keep you on a level which your machine can handle. There will be lower FPS in different tilesets, but it shouldn't be below 30.

I have never gotten 60 FPS on my laptop. Also my resolution is native, 1366x768 I think.
Kratos Posted May 8, 2014 Posted May 8, 2014 You would take that WAR number and take that to... https://digitalextremes.zendesk.com/hc/en-us Support can help you more than we could.

I thought the DE would notice like they did before. You're probably right, I should contact support, thanks!
