Pulse was on alert a while back, but we haven't seen it on a while. (this may be or may not be because its the only arcane helmet i need)

 

U13 was 24 days ago I believe. I know it does not have stats and is purely for looks, but I'd like to have a blueprint instead of purchasing it.
