Observatory Can't Be A Spawn Room?

I thought the Observatory was supposed to be some kind of Hub. Why can't we make it a spawn room then? I would rather have all my clan members spawn in the Observatory than the Grand Hall that it's connected to.

Better yet, allow any room to be spawn, no real point limiting it.
