Volt Arcane Pulse Helmet Bug

So I want to keep the stats for Volt's Pulse Helmet. That's all fine and dandy. But for some odd reason, despite being labeled as an Arcane Helmet, the description is the same as it's non-Arcane counterpart. So, I don't know if it accidentally became non-Arcane, or if the description doesn't match.

No it didn't became non-Arcane. It said "Pulse helmet for the Volt warframe" for a long time. (Idk why)

Just wrong description, power duration bonus and shield penalty still works.

So here's my situation:

I built before the hotfix 13.2.3 the Pulse Helmet.

 

It was and still is labelled "Arcane Pulse Helmet" - it is labelled this in both my inventory and when I try to equip it under the "appearance tab"

 

Yet, the description (under the appearance tab) states no stat changes...even though it is labelled "arcane" and was built before hotfix 13.2.3.

 

sidenote: i checked all my arcane helmets, and their description states a stat change, except for this one

 

What is going on here?

This is a small UI bug displaying the wrong info. All Arcane stats still exist and are applied to your Warframe. This issue is known and will be fixed!
