I was using my hate equipted in T2 survival, and running towards the door before it opens ( I may have also been meleeing it ).

I tried everything including rolls, back hand springs, and combos.

This has happened to me as well on several occassions. I don't recall if I were host.

I was eaten by the wall in the Derelict before. Took me about five minutes of rolling, sprinting, and trying to wall run till I got unstuck. I really wanted a respawn button then.
