Mag Or Ember ?

I just crafted scindo ,So i want to know between MAG or Ember is best char for scindo ?

Tbh i think it's irrelevant..

The stats won't change on different warframes.. So it's a matter of what warframe you like the most..

I mean.. Mag as less HP, but more Shield and Armor..

ember might be better with Scindo, as Scindo is good for infested, and so is Ember

but

choosing which frame based on a weapon is wrong, choosing weapons and frames based on what do you want to slice is better

Scindo is good for tanky warframes because even if you kill them in one hit you will still takes some hits so Mag might be the better choice (she is a bit tankier), but i wouldnt take it on both because they are just to weak.

Does melee weapons can get fire-rate more than 60% ?

No.. Max level from Fury is 60%

Ofc, if you had Fury in a faster melee weapon, the boost will be greater..

Fury on Scindo < Fury on Fangs for example...
