Hey everyone...it's Friday....what happened to getting new weapons?  Or Kubrows or something?  I thought we were going to get some kind of CONTENT-related hotfix after the necessary fixes on wednesday....but here we are, friday....and nothing?  Hm.  I think DE's going to do something big next week....but if they don't....I shall be disappointed.  If U14 is next week, imma crap myself, but I highly, HIGHLY, doubt it.  

 

So what's going on DE?  Are you saving up for something big?  Or just didn't feel like adding anything new this week?

 

Cuz I'm bored.

Don't complain. DE have more to do than to give a buggy, or rubbish weapon. For one, on Wednesday, they changed the helmets. THAT was the update.

*sigh.  I enjoy the weekly weapons though, quite fun and helps out with the mastery.  OK fine, the Tetra and the Tysis, yes, those were absolute fails, but aside from that, I have enjoyed a good deal of the wednesday updates.

Ehhhhh, I'd be ok with SOMETHING new to the game, instead they just retired the helmets that really didn't provide a noticable change to the game.  Honestly, I'll put on the Avalon helmet or the Pendragon, the only thing that changes are a few tiny numbers.  Not really noticable, in my opinion.  They really didn't need to be taken out.

I also wonder if they are working on something we don't know about.

I hope for a cinematic... similar to the "The Profit" trailer. That was sooooo beyond badass.

It's ground floor work time. New content is probably falling victim to all the reworks. There is plenty of real issues they are working on and it may just be time to make a push in that direction. U13 was huge and apparently not the only big project so we should probably forgive them for reassigning resources for a bit.

Very true, they've been keeping themselves very busy as of late. U13 was a huge step forward and they still have many more steps to walk. DE seems to want to deliver what they say, so let's them work it out.

I'm happy with bug fixes. Its better when they release something every now and again, but when it becomes expected it puts pressure on them, which makes sub par items, which makes the community angry little whiners.

Best to just surprise us out of the blue, it's more fun that way.

Believe it or not you are actually in the minority when it comes to whether or not people want more content. It has seemed pretty clear to me here on the forums and in game that people were wanting fixes of the content we already have rather than creating more. Apparently DE agreed and gave us what we asked for, and I can't say I'm not happy that they've really focused in one refining things. More content will come but let's make sure what we've got is actually playable before getting more, no?
