Unable To Craft Item - Bug Or Not?

Hey guys, was trying to craft my Akbolto, but it's telling me I don't have my second bolto. I've removed all mods from my boltos, leveled one of them up a bit (just to be certain), and it's still telling me I can't craft the Akbolto. Is this a bug, or is there something I'm missing?

Do you have another secondary weapon besides the boltos? It is usually the case because you are required to have at least one other secondary weapon so that you have a spare when you used both boltos for the bp.

QFT. You also have to unequip the bolto.

 

I also wouldn't make this until getting one of them to 30. You will regret it when you have to come back and level it for mastery later.

Wasn't that before it was a requirement to even carry a secondary?

Yes, but I still think you need at least one secondary weapon even if DE changed it if you want to equip it or not.
