Name Suggestion: (1-2 words max)

Drillgun Crewman

Behaviour:

The drillgun crewmen are actually miners. They may not have much military training, but they sure like to brag about how much badass they are. Thus, they usually go to the forefront, but may also get into formation behind other crewmen/walkers. The Drillgun crewmen carries a heavy-duty energy mining drill which is improvised (very effectively) as both a primary weapon and melee. The drill is like a minigun due to the rubedo crystalline rods encased in metal which are excited by a very short amount of time to shoot the repetitive red lasers. The rotating mechanism cools down the crystals and rotates the mechanical blades to pull out the debris and ore from the front.

Attacks:

It uses the repetitive rubedo red laser action to fracture Tenno (instead of ore) into into tiny pieces.

In close range, the same rotating  barrels also rotate the debris-cleaning blades, which double up as a continuous-fire melee weapon.

Gun kata: The Drillgun can do two special attacks:

I) a jump forward towards an enemy, firing the weapon and causing melee damage at the same time.

II) a power-uppercut which shoots and slashes everyone around, and ends by uppercutting one enemy with huge shooting+ slashing damage, also knocking him down. Tenno can continue this movement with the Gun Kata stance, raising the gun and ramming it 180 behind themselves, causing an AoE knockdown.

Environment restrictions:

It is a crewmen, and can do and go where crewmen can. The Drillgun crewmen, unlike other crewmen, has armor plating, to avoid being cut by the fast flying shrapnel from the drill operation.

Drillgun should be hard to get, but rewarding for players. Not Dojo Lab, not shop. Hunted like Brakk, Detron or Prime weapons. High mastery required (8 or more).

Art or Reference Images:

run-of-the-mill minigun, must be treated with corpus laser barrels:

48925-2.jpg?1386948839

Multiple dented blades pull out and break the debris. Also Tenno's guts. Imagine stuctures like these around the barrels, rotating with them. The gun version will not be as round as these. Will be slimmer to fit the rotating barrels profile better. But you get the picture.

shelly-013.jpg

Remember to armor plate the guy, these blades throw debris on his direction.

Drillgun should have a hip-mounted gyroscopic arm for added stability:

Name: Pyra

Description: Recent Orokin technology recovered from the void led to the corpus creating this stationary pyramid trap. Has some visuals hints of Orokin origins (such as minimal usage of white and gold trimmings). Is designed to be the equivalent or grineer arc traps. Can only be damaged when core is shot which is exposed when the panels extend. Roughly 1/2 the size of a Tenno, finer details up to you DE.

Attacks: when Tenno enter it's range (roughly same as arc trap) it's panels on the sides extend out wards taking about 3-5 seconds and then rapidly retract the panels creating a shock wave type effect. With the same range as a void thumper death cube. Has the same cool down as void thumper death cubes. Shock wave moves about twice the speed of a normal shock wave and has 70% chance of blast/knockdown proc and 40% chance of electricity proc.

Environment restrictions: maximum (???) per tile restricted to indoor spaces

Name Suggestion: CNoMo (AKA “see no more”) Osprey

Behaviour: This variant on the Osprey behaves exactly like the shield osprey. It will follow allied units, and projects a stealth field around itself (no beams, they would reveal the location of cloaked units). As a restriction, the CNoMo can only cloak 10 allies at a time.

Attacks: None. The stealth field is a imperfect variant of Nef Anyo’s cloaking device, and instead of compelte invisibility, it gives allies the wireframe appearance that players see their warframe take if they have a stealth ability activated. This drastically reduces the visibility of the cloaked allies, and does not dissipate if they attack. It does dissipate if the ally moves to far away from the CNoMo. NOTE: CNoMo’s cannot cloak themselves or other CNoMos.

Environmental Restrictions: Same restrictions as other Corpus Ospreys.

Appearance: it’s a recolored Shield Osprey with more shields and health.

EDIT: Can you tell I have been refreshing the page all morning?

Great concept-art! But she looks more like warframe than corpus unit. I think it should be Trinity's re-design.

PS: And stop erasing my comment whoever it was. <_<

Name Suggestion: (1-2 words max)

Corpus Defender

Behavior:  (max 200 words)

Defenders are highly armoured support units. When unalerted, Defenders are invisible. After damaged or in range they turn visible and are enabled to fire. Defenders have ability to cast forcefield shaped as half sphere in front of him and it is formed with individual cells with individual health each. Once one cell is destroyed the field will reform to exact center position in front of defender so the shield will become smaller and smaller until fully depleted.

Stealh mode: Defender is cloaked invisible and spots enemies for its allies.

Assault mode: When damaged or in range, Defender activates assault mode and becomes higly aggressive trying to proceed and flank enemies.

Attacks: (max 200 words)

Ambush: Defender quickly turn visible and opens fire to surprised enemies.

Rapid fire: Defender uses its two high caliber machineguns

Environment restrictions:  (max 20 words)

cant spawn in small areas

(Optional) Art or Reference Images: (Max 3 images).

Name Suggestion: Turtle

Behavior: Turtle proxies are defensively oriented and have heavily armored, smoothly armored fronts/shells. Turtles walk slowly but when they start to take damage they will jump into the air, turn so their shells are facing the enemies and start rotating, generating a reflective and regenerative shield with a high health capacity. Projectiles will reflect back off the shell/shield. The rotating head and legs of the turtle are weak-spots, and will take damage. Turtles try to get in front of allies to protect them. Turtles also generate a shield boosting aura to allies nearby. (Non stacking).

Attacks: Has a Cestra mounted in it's mouth, can only use this weapon when not in flying shield-mode.

Environmental Restrictions: Would replace shield ospreys.

Name Suggestion: Corpus Commando

Background/Behavior: Corpus experimental, field tested warframe, a modification using Vauban parts. Taken from Alad V's warframe research and experimentation. Weapons: Penta, Detron, Prova. Aggressive. Doesn't retreat. Shoots primary weapon (Penta), then fast switches to secondary weapon (Detron), and charges while shooting. When in melee range, leaps at player, switches to melee weapon (maxed Prova). Kicks in addition to melee weapon attacks. High armor, shields, speed, and damage. Yes, a regular enemy, not a boss. These guys would be about as common as the Oxium Ospreys. He is essentially an Eximus enemy type. Can be introduced via an event as the Corpus push back against, and the final solution to, the Grineer problem. Could also be considered a Corpus Strongman or Operator depending on the design. Also has a personal Corpus sentinel.

Attacks: Fires Penta when far away. After 10 shots or so, quickly switches to Detron and runs toward player (fast, like maxed Rush fast) while shooting Detron at players. When in melee range, jumps high in the air, lands down with a knock down attack, then quickly switches to Prova and proceeds to attack with Prova while also kicking. Melee attacks are fast, animation like Iron Phoenix's flip attack combo (except a kick attack instead of the home run grand slam). May occasionally grab his enemy (player, Grineer, or infested) by the neck and throw them some some meters back. Melee damage would be as much as a maxed Prova with maxed damage mods. Has all of Vauban's abilities and uses them, including Bastille which holds players suspended in the air and at the mercy of the Commando and his allies (yes, it's meant to be a difficult enemy).

Environmental Restrictions: Featured on Jupiter and beyond, spawn rate scaling with map difficulty.

(Optional) Art: Drawn by yours truly (added two more variants):

Name-Corpus Ghost

Behavior-These guys spawn in a group of 1-2 no more, they can spawn within a group of prodman or regular crewman but never by them selfs. They use their group to take the attention off of themselves and won't just run in ready to attack. They have very low health and armor and will rely on higher shields

Attacks-They are melee units that can cloak to get close enough to you and get very quick strikes in with their Corpus armblades (new weapon idea?) right in the back. The cloak will last for 15 seconds or once they, swing hit or not, on each hit deal twice the damage prodman do and the cloak has a 7 second cool down as a weakness during which they will run to cover.

Evo Restrictions-Like all corpus they are just on the ground and can only spawn at lvls 15+

Art- got none but they look standard corpus with  purple suits instead

Name: Corpus Commander

Behaviour: Unlike normal crewmen, these walking tanks bolster heavy armor plating and heavy artillery. This allows the commander to utilize his heavy artillery weapons, such as the Penta with considerable accuaracy. These Commanders will mostly fight in the open rather than behind cover as their protective armor will cover most of their bodies from harm even with shields from any nearby Ospreys. Typically most most Commanders will never be on their own and will have at least three crewmen under his watch giving nearby Corpus allies morale boosts to increase damage.

Attacks: Uses heavy artillery weapons in fights such as the Penta and Supra. Allowing for high damage to be done in destructive force easily.

Environment Restrictions: Due to never being seen alone, spawns only to nearby allies.

Name Suggestion: Mongoose

BehaviorThis is a quadruped support proxy. It is larger than the existing Raptors by ~50%, and while it shares the same wall-sticking ability, it uses this to avoid close proximity with players, if possible. It will also try and leap to a new position if under heavy fire. High hit points.

Note: They may spawn already attached to a wall location.

Attacks:

Grenades. Launcher on the back of the Mongoose targets players with bursts of five spherical projectiles. Accuracy is moderate. They explode either on contact with a player, or three seconds after striking an object. May cause blast procs, moderate damage.

Detron turret. Detron mounted in a turret over the head, will fire on nearby Tenno.

Landing slam. If a player is under a landing location, they are knocked back with light damage.

Environment restrictions:  Level 21+. Large clear spaces.

Name Suggestion: Corpus Breacher

Behavior: Tailor-indoctrinated Corpus augmented further with repurposed Warframe components, Breachers fearlessly lead Crewmen in battle. Though preferring to rain explosive death on their enemies, their brutish strength serves them just as well in close quarters. If the enemy is too entrenched the Breacher will deploy Mine Ospreys to force them out into the open. Eximus Breachers retain a degree of their appropriated equipment's latent powers.

Attacks: Standard Breachers attack with a Penta Grenade launcher (stats adjusted to prevent one-shotting Tenno suitable for their Level) or a moderately-damaging melee strike. If on Alert and in relatively close proximity they will deploy a Mine Osprey akin to a Tech and their Shield Osprey, up to a maximum of three at a time. Eximus Breachers can use a watered down version of one the following Warframe abilities per Eximus:  Iron Skin (Rhino), Paralysis (Valkyr), Radial Blind (Excalibur), Shield Polarize (Mag).

Environment restrictions: None.

Art or Reference Images: None. Their base model, however, would be comparable to a Corpus Tech or Nef Anyo with minor modifications to make their defiled Warframe parts apparent (ex: Wristbands comparable to Mag, a Corpus Box-Helmet built around an Excalibur's, loose cables / grafted binds like those on Valkyr) and help in differentiation from the aforementioned two.

~ ~ ~

Not much an artist, sorry. I did consider scrapping the Eximus idea and giving them powers in general as a note. In which case they'd likely be Paralysis, Shield Polarize, and possibly Molecular Prime and / or Rhino Charge.

EDIT: And apparently Antoine had the same underlying idea as me. Go with theirs!

Name Suggestion: Corpus Device (Drone)

Behavior

An "enemy" along the lines of the cameras/turrets. Corpus devices can offer tactical options to players, powering up bridges, opening alternate doorways or scanning ahead on the map (showing rooms not yet entered). At later stages they may come in various forms but for start lets picture a special osprey sized drone enemy, preferably groundbased as Corpus doesn't have that "silhouette". Many of these Drones can be found idle or unpowered, you can then use Warframe Energy to start them back up (buy getting close and using X-button). Some Drones may also be in place powering up something, Disabling them (X-button) may yield energy. Can also be "neutralized" by shooting them, can't be "killed".

* Can be activated by using Energy.

* Can be deactivated to recover Energy.

Attacks:

none

Environment restrictions:

Only appears near intractable objects - docking stations

(Optional) Art or Reference Images:

Non original art (not mine)

name : Wiper Corpus

Le wiper Corpus a une armure moyenne, un bouclier élever et fait des dégâts de plasma moyen. Le wiper est pas très rapide mais très résistant. Le wiper fait assez de dégâts pour être une réel menace pour les Tennos

(The wiper corpus has an average armor, a shield to raise(bring up) and caused damage of average plasma. The wiper is not very fast but very resistant. The wiper makes enough damages to be one reality threatens for Tennos.)

Le wiper fait des degats de plasma avec une cadence de tire similaire a celle de la Dera les lasers de plasma draine le bouclier de la cible et on une faible chance de régénéré celui du wiper.

(The wiper caused damage of plasma with a pace(cadence) of similar car has that of Dera the lasers of plasma drain the shield of the target and one a slight chance of regenerated that of the wiper.)

on peut les trouvés dans toutes les zones sous contrôle corpus

Name Suggestion: Corpus Support (Subject to change)

Behavior: This unit prefers to stay behind and repair damaged MOAs and heal injured Crewmen, but when engaged, it will not hesitate to engage in battle. Fast-moving and elusive, this unit is rather difficult to spot and pin down. However, when they are repairing units or healing allies, they are susceptible to damage. They are most susceptible to AoE attacks like Pull and Rhino Stomp.

Attacks:
Melee attacks/Lecta attacks - When approached mid-range, this unit will engage in whip attacks, but when approached at close range, she will not hesitate to use hand-to-hand combat.

Corpus freeze gun - Can greatly slow down players. Used when approached from a distance.

Debuff - Can dispel buffs and drain up to 40% of player shields.

Repair and heal - These units can repair damaged robotics and heal human units up to 75% of their health and shields.

Upgrade - Can upgrade robotics, from increased mobility to increased fire rate for weapons.

Environment restrictions:  The same restrictions with regular human units.

Ignore the crappy annotations XD. Also, I see it's the rise of the female Corpus!

I would just like to say... damn you can draw well. 0.0 I would travel across the world to see a cosplay of this... in my own lumifiber hoodie xD It genuinely screams corpus and warframe lore! great job!

Name: Corpus Tank

Behavior: All-out powerhouse. Very aggressive and tends to jump right into the fight instead of being tactical. Very heavily armored and incredibly powerful. This is a last-ditch effort used by the Corpus to try and crush the Grineer once and for all.

Attacks: It features a powerful minigun that is mounted on the bottom of it's arm. Its slow and heavy, but is very hard to kill. It also features a powerful melee in which it swings it's gun around, dealing high damage to anyone in it's path, including other Corpus. It can also release a shockwave by slamming it's arm into the ground, dealing high damage and knocking anything, including Corpus, back multiple feet.

Environmental Restrictions: It is susceptible to sniper or bow shots in certain places. It is also damaged highly by poison.
