StealthDelta36 Posted April 4, 2013 Share Posted April 4, 2013 I've been having a heated argument with my friend wether a Hippo could beat a gorilla in a completely nuetral enviroment( flat plain, no trees, no water) my friend doesn't believe that a hippo could beat a Gorilla. Demobot Posted April 5, 2013 Share Posted April 5, 2013 Steve Irwin, a man who spent a good portion of his life jumping onto crocodiles, once said that the most dangerous thing he and his film crew ever did was cross a river full of hippos. On that basis alone I'd say the hippo wins, but considering that a hippo can run 20 mph on dry land, can sport 20 inch tusks and weigh over 2 tons, this isn't even a contest.
