This needs to happen. Why do Hammer Shot and the Cicero/Tethra mods have so much more proc chance for the same or less cost? There is literally no reason to devote a mod slot to Rifle Aptitude and its counterparts.

What? You mean 25% of 5% isn't a large increase? It's 25%! That's like 1.25%! That's like 4 more mobs/mission!

 

 

Seriously though, needs to be more of 25->150% instead of 2.5->15%.
