Channeling Efficiency

When I made a "build" for Dakra Prime, I used a maxed Reflex Coil and Focus Energy, having a total +100% Channeling Efficiency, and then I added Quickening mod, went to test Dakra Prime and I noticed that each attack stole me 19 energy.

Can someone tell me why did it steal so much energy per attack?

Went bad, but i can tell the mods i used anyway.

Dunno how it can steal 19 energy, but all what i know is "The cap is 80%" which means it must atleast steal 1 from your USEFUL energy..

Your Quickening lessens the Channeling Efficiency, though I wouldn't understand why it takes so much. Maybe the way that Channeling is calculated is a bit wonky.

supposedly it should steal maybe 4-5 energy, not 19, maybe it is a bug
