A few examples of abilities that I hope will be changed/replaced : - Bladestorm - Will you ever improve it's animation? It's quite buggy and ugly. - Shuriken - Usefulness - Teleport - Usefulness - Mind control - Same as the above Edited for the pro excaliburs. Question 2: We can block bullets, what about melee attacks? And maybe a possible counter system (on a succesful block)? As a warlord I am quite interested in what features will be available to myself and my clan. I honestly don't need more content at this point, even with the ridiculous bugginess me and my clan play quite a lot. What I truly want to know is the following. -Will the net code be worked on to make it easier to connect, we have tried everything on the forum to fix it and we still have issues with connecting to one other. It is sporadic and seemingly random as we have found no pattern in the connection issues we have seen. -Will the issue of rushers be addressed? -Colors vanishing/ energy color turning white if you are not the host. -Will there be a fix for abilities getting stuck as unusable?(Happens alot on the newer frames where it states that the abilities "Cannot be used while jumping" which is currently only fixable by jumping and trying the ability upon hitting the ground repeatedly until it works) -Will the hyena's odd wall hack missiles be fixed?(Today I played a mission against him where out of no where I was the only one alive and he was spamming missiles, I ran out of ammunition and ran several rooms away to try and find some, When randomly I see 3 missiles come out of the floor and pass through a box killing me out of no where which is somewhat reminiscent of a creeper from minecraft sneaking up on a new player.) -Bosses becoming stuck or unresponsive?(Phorrid in certain places and the sedna boss (who's name escapes me) randomly just derping and doing nothing) -More will be added as I think of it. We need serious revisions and overhauls of existing mod cards, and yet it seems like all we can receive in these hotfixes are artifical challenges and a clunky interface. Why has the ability for mods to be seen through walls not yet been implemented? Why are many mod cards like sentinel precepts not explained well? Why should I upgrade them if it doesn't say what they do? Why did you make such an artificial challenge leap by increasing damage? Is there no better way for you to make the game challenging? Most of all, why do you continue to settle for underpowered or broken warframe powers? Ember is in need of serious revision to make her viable outside of infestation, and even then, many of her abilities simply do not work in a useful manner (Her ultimate, for example). Ash's stealth gameplay isn't really stealth gameplay; his teleport sticks you in front of the enemy's face! Radial Disarm is completely useless against infested, so why should I bother to keep it in my mod selection for such missions? Why do Miasma kills not count for exp and why does it not kill Grineer grinders and why can't I activate it as I come out of a jump? There are many more abilities that have these issues that need to be tweaked as the game progresses and the community finds them. And yet instead, it seems that we are more than content to ignore the issue in favor of new warframe development, which will only add to the problem. I am passionate about helping the game, but right now the response the community is receiving for reporting on certain problems or areas of necessary feedback is lacking. (please let us replace the slug Wyrm with a cat hanging off of whatever that is) 3. Are long guns going to have more interesting mods to offset the raw power of pistol/shotgun mods, or is this unintentional and you lot are just hard at work balancing everything? 4. Walk speed mods? 5. Are we ever going to get an option to limit what kinds of mods can be dropped at some cost? A good example of this system would be the map op-out system of Dawn of War 2, you could select up to 2 maps that you absolutely did not want to ever see, and it'd pick anything but those two. This could be especially relevant if you decide to include weapon specific mods as it can get to the point where it's impossible to actually get what you're looking for. 6. Sniper Weapon balance, will we ever see it or will they just perpetually be the odd weapon out? Do you have any plans to make missions take place in a more living breathing universe? (to put that question in context I imagine a system where each planet has several perminant missions (asteroid bases, orokin derelicts, etc) and then many more 'alerts' that are temporary missions that have effects on all missions done on that planet for the next x hours, like fewer elites, or better drops, or a series of events required for the boss to come out of hiding, something to interlink player's experiences rather than us all existing in a set of instances where the only sharing with players outside of the instance is telling eachother the artifact rewards of alert missions. Obviously that's just an example of a 'living' system but hopefully it illustrates my point) EDIT: also, bashee drop rates, and is there any chance of us being able to tag our games with 'rusher', 'kill all encountered', 'looter' and 'utter loot @#&*( who will explore the entire level' so that people know what others in the game they are joining plan on doing (and can opt out from joining that session if they are say, a rusher, and don't want to wait for an utter loot @#&*(. Also, possily instead of the previous question, any chance of getting a promt/vote system for leaving when a teamate reaches the end of a mission rather than just getting pulled out immediately once the 60 second timer goes down (so that if someone wants to rush, not even bothering to kill any enemies on the way, great, let them, me and the other two guys will just go about our business as normal and not get pulled out of the mission abruptly mid way) Edited April 4, 2013 by KazyJumps Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
