Wraith And Vandal Your Own Weapons.

So wraith and vandal weapons are supposed to be grineer/corpus weapons reclaimed and modified by the tenno. You've probably noticed that you're playing as a tenno. 

 

 

 

So i'm thinking that, when you hit level 30 with... let's say the grakata; You get the option to change that Grakata into Grakata wraith. Better stats, level 0 weapon, a skin, your potato should carry over. Maybe you want some top tier gear but don't want to go prime. Or maybe you love whips and there just aren't any tenno/orokin whips.  

 

 

 

argue how you'd like about founders items and event exclusive items, I'm sure DE can decide on if to exclude those weapons from being obtained in this manner or include them by themselves.  You can throw a mastery rank requirement, hefty crafting costs; whatever. Just let it be!

Not according to the number of maxed weapons in my codex.

Eh, not particularly. Leveling items to 30 isn't an achievement; it's basically an expected part of the game experience that's required if you intend to make any progress.
