Invasion Missions: No Shields

I noticed twice while running invasion missions that if I die or take enough damage to lose my shields on the exterior portion of the map (the part where you go through a grate, fight some, then go through a portal) I end up with no shields for the remainder of the mission. I noticed this twice with myself; once I was downed and once I simply lost shields due to damage. Neither my squadmate nor I regenerated shields once we lost our shields during the run.

 

I could see my sentential still had shields and was trying to regenerate mine to no avail.

 

I ran with a Zypher the first 2 missions and Rhino the last 3 due to this bug. I don't think it's frame specific since my squadmate was using a Valkyr. If anyone else has encountered this, please add a comment.

Had this problem as well. Was using a mag and could not get shields back.... it was like a nightmare mission where the shields are just removed.
