The objective of the mission is to protect the pod, I HAVENT FAILED THE OBJECTIVE , yet, it says mission failed...Therefore, the game logic fails...as yours. I shouldn't of been sarcastic and sly because you missed the point of my comment. I'm actually on your side really. I believe if a player wants to stick around after the key, he should be able to do so. If the other 3 players did not care about you continuing then I don't see the issue. OP shouldn't have abide by any invisible rules. This game does not go into detail in regards to key creations and what happens after their creation. If the OP knew this would of happened, I'm pretty sure the conversation him and his teammates had would of been different. No one should tell the OP what to do when the game itself doesn't list all your options and consequences. The lack of in-game information is making the player base result to having invisible rules with this game and it's really sad. If anything a player should be granted his full reward if he stays behind only if he is able to get through the next 5 waves. And if you're able to solo after wave 30+ I think you deserve it.... Let's not act like people who host keys forget about everyone else who are looking for other parts. Seen too many people say "farming X" but leave at "Y" reward.... I mean part of me wants to believe it's all an act he puts on to build up an Internet persona for channel views, considering he was actually skilled at Street Fighter 2 Turbo, and part of it probably is an act. But then I get the feeling that he really does have the scrub mindset deep down and that he just really is awful at every other game. Anyway, carry on. I agree the game should just boot you out along with the host so you at least get to keep your rewards. Be nice with your host and enjoy your stay. Also, don't complain if you don't like what your host is doing, it's your time but it's his key. How about we discuss the actual issue here instead of attacking the guy. There is a legitimate concern being brought up here. There is no need to jump to conclusions such as "it's the only option stop whining and take a nap to cool down." Him posting this thread isn't wasting his time he could be spending getting his own key: He's bringing up a legitimate concern to prevent it from happening to other people in the future, through hopefully a compromise. A legitimate compromise has been stated in this thread a couple times, it's not like their isn't one. His "complaining" is doing a heck of a lot more for the whole community than you guys are doing for yourselves right now. Do you blame him for being upset? Some people don't have hours a day to play the game. Losing an hour of progress because there was something in the game you didn't know about - that isn't readily apparent due to everything else in the game pointing to it not being the case - can really, really ruin your day and mood. For some people it's not as simple as "taking a nap," they have work to do or children to take care of. Stop yelling at him and try solving the problem, or go elsewhere. Edit: Because people will point me out on it: Is he being fair to the game? Maybe not. Is he pretty upset? Maybe. Regardless of these answers, you'd be better off helping find a solution. Running anything with void keys are a pain in the &#! because of the the key holder D/C or straight up quit. DE needs to come up with another way for this, I'm tired of getting mission failed at 40 minutes of T3 survival or wave 50 in defense because the key holder DCed. And no I'm not leeching, I run voids with friends, and we alternate, some of us doesn't have that good of a connection. Read the rest of my posts before you comment further. Thank you. This is exactly why we can't have serious conversations on the forum without somebody immaturely shooting other people down because of what they think. It's quite reasonable to tell somebody to calm down. I don't know them, they could have bad reactions when stressed or angry I don't know that. I've never been this angry when writing a post and even if I am. I turn off the game and come back later. Read the 2nd page where we discussed it properly. I'd rather discuss it with people who can tell the difference between opinions and "intelligence" Thank you.
