Provides Tenno with a place to test their weapons and get information such as a DPS they can expect vs enemies and provides a place for them to sharpen their skills and compete against one another in a test of speed and accuracy.

I'm surprised DE hasn't implemented this already... its great also if you took a break for a bit and wanted to come back suddenly to freshen up on your skills

Hm... great! When snipers are given more worth or when Vixen comes out, they DEFINATLY needs this room.

Not even that. Sometimes people just don't believe that you got some insane power out of a weapon. for example, I hit 4k-7k, non-crit on my Dragon Nikana, you could spawn an enemy in the melee ring and attack it and see the damage stats after attacking it.
