All female Grineer have the black face glitch whenever they have an overlay effect on them (cold proc, Link, etc). Eximus always have the aura around them, so that counts as well.

 

It's been like that forever and they've never fixed it.

Heat and Cold are the two that I know glitches them. Not too sure about Link anymore.

Apparently slash procs count too because normal scorpions become blackfaced after meleeing them
