Bug With The New Armor Cosmetic

I was looking to purchase these, but they only appear to equip to One arm and one leg in the preview setup.

 

Is that just a viewing bug or is it as intended?

Yeah I'm getting this too, and for a while too. Pretty annoying.

First sentinel cosmetics and now the armoring cosmetics, I haven't seen any acknowledging of this problem.
