Banshee Silence Timer Getting Stuck

It's been bugged for so long its like they don't even notice all the post about it, some acknowledgement and progress would be nice. :/

Sometimes, when casting silence, the timer will get stuck at a number. Later, the number will disappear, but when I try to cast Silence again, it tells me "Power in Use," and I cannot cast Silence for the rest of the mission.

I can confirm this has happened multiple times to me as well, although it usually works again once ive been revived
