Kato-san Posted May 15, 2014 Posted May 15, 2014 Globally healing all allies, is all ready great enough, no need to add much dmg reduction.Reason why people are crying about blessing is because this game is not balanced when it comes to enemies damage and how it scales. So they feel forced to use frames like Rhino and Trinity. Enemies HP need to scale higher to the point where status chances are of some use. And Enemies dmg need to be lowered by a lot when comes to scaling..If DE is too afraid to increase enemies HP because they want all weapons to be viable, then simply balance all weapons.

Marthrym Posted May 15, 2014 Posted May 15, 2014 Damage scaling is the reason why I find the new Blessing stupid and defended the old one. A % damage reduction is useless, moreso if you have to use it when you're almost dead to make it half decent, when enemies do insane damage. Snow Globe all over again. MANY players have been asking for a "balancing" of damage scaling for some time now, but no, DE destroyed one of the few clutches we had to counter a broken system, and left said system unchanged... A shame, really.
Marthrym Posted May 15, 2014 Posted May 15, 2014 Instead of 100% armor they could do +100 armor then. Armor is useless as it is right now. No armor boost for me thank you, not viable at all. And +100 armor is ridiculous, won't protect you from high level enemies.^^'

Oberon's third ability already does that (with a slight delay), and it can be spammed. Why have an ultimate that does essentially the same, and it is limited by its cool down to boot?

This seems like a great idea to me. I'll go further and say that, in my opinion, blessing would work much better if it healed shields and HP as well as add shield and health bonus multiplier based on power strength to yourself and your team.
