Best Place To Farm/get Argon Crystals?

I've heard that the Stalker drops Argon Crystals... along with Vay Hek, and lastly it drops in the void, but my main question is: "Does the tier of void missions/enemies actually affect the drop rate of Argon Crystals?"

Void missions of any level;although, mission duration is a contributing factor. 

 

Also, using Master Thief is helpful b/c Lockers in the Orokin Void are affected by it and they have a chance to drop them. 

 

EDIT: 

• Tower 3 Defense can get you around five Argon Crystals in round
• Tower 1 Survival with Nekros, 15 minutes can yield 3 Crystals

 

Thief's Wit + Master Thief is still the best method.

T1S I got 2 crystals in 10 min. Just smash the containers while keeping an eye out for your O levels

best thing to do is run voids any run really or kill vay hek a few times. defense voids are the best since you dont have to search as much

i would go with T1 def since its easier to get to bigger waves and i haven't noticed a drop rate increase on t3 vs t1, you could get  a booster if you want to end faster, but you'll need at most 20 crystals for all recipes that use it? that can be gotten in 1-2 hours of game play.

 

i cant count how many crystals have disappeared from my inventory because i had nothing to use them on

I've had the most luck with Defenses, T1 and T3.

 

I tried the whole MT+TW thing, ran all over, looted all the loot rooms, lots of runs and didn't get anything. First defense I ran did the trick.

Run Void all the way. I currently have 7 Argon with no idea what to do with them from T3 Defenses

I got 6 Argons in 15 minutes in a T2 Survival myself.

the best way i belive is in high rank maps, and in the void and also defeating vay hek and maby other bosses too :)
