Angstrum Mag Size Vs Elemental Damage

So far Hornet Strike, Lethal Torrent, Barrel Diffusion and possibly Ice Storm seem like the essentials of the pistol but how do you think the rest should be created to get the best out of it?

Reload speed and fire rate will also be critical to turn this into a monster. After that you've got room for one more in clip size to make it even more devastating.

Fire rate for sure, but then I already really hate charge weapons, or anything with a delay.

 

Haven't had a chance to level mine enough, but I'm guessing adding more blast will add to the existing damage, then just add elements as needed.

I've been trying out different builds, and this is my OPINION.

 

Seeker is garbage, as the pass through does no damage.

 

Lethal Torrent is NEEDED for the fire rate increase. Comboed with Barrel Diffusion for multishot.

 

Gunslinger and Quickdraw or Stunning Speed are extremely nice to make the weapon more user friendly. Not required, but advised you try them out.

 

Mag size of 4 is optimal (achieved with Ice Storm) but 5 is nice (with Slip Mag). I wouldn't use Tainted Clip unless using both reload mods or it makes the delay between shots intolerable (imo). And then you're losing too many damage mods.

 

Personally, I'm working towards this build: http://goo.gl/nxOlK8 with the upper left 2 elements changed by faction.

 

Edit: Regarding Multishot on uncharged shots:

+0% MS results in the rocket being perfectly accurate.

+100% MS results in two rockets launching with a slight horozontal spread, like this:  o  o

when +200% MS procs, you get 3 rockets in a triangle spread, sorta like this: o

I wouldn't call it 'inaccurate' when adding MS cause you can still predict where they're going to go, but they certainly don't follow the reticle.

This was the build i was going for, not sure if you really need the reload speed since there seems to be enough time in between the packs
