How Do We Have Mastery Scores Not Multiples Of 100?

Star chart completion gives a total of 14724 mastery.

 

So if leveling a fresh weapon gives +100 per level, and leveling a frame gives +200 per level...

 

Why do I, and most people I've asked, not have a mastery that's a multiple of 100?

 

I'm at 638,724 right now, which is just weird. How did I get 24 mastery?

A friend has XXX,528. If I have 24 and he has 28, is there something that gives 1, 2, or 4 mastery? :S...

 

Do partially leveled items give partial mastery maybe?

 

Also, everything I have is level 30 - why do I not have a multiple of 3k?

 

Went back through the stats page and found Ankyros showing only lvl 29, while codex showing 30, but that only explains maybe 100 missing points. Where'd the other 176 missing points go?

 

Anyone else have weird mastery numbers or missing points? Suppose I should support ticket about it?

Huh. Okay, I'm an idiot, I actually knew that but forgot about it. :S

 

2,724 is the completed star chart, right? My friend must be missing some nodes. Explains the missing mastery I have too :S

Thanks! I could figure out the 2724 part by looking at the numbers. Good to know the exact amount.
