Why the topic title is reimbursement ? just because we are humans and we make some mistakes.

 

"I buyed some plats (and want to bought something) : Tempest color pack 70 Plats, Coltek pack 30 or 35 plats i forgot, Nova flux 75 P" and i just want to you (dev) make a reimbursement system like 3-5 items to reimburse (like LoL 3 reimbursement). Make a vote or something, i know all players will vote yes, please don't say : you buyed so u can't go past. please make a things like that.

 

PLEASE please we need that ! thanks you for reading! and a message for developers : think very carefully about that.

If you feel that you've bought something in error, log a ticket to support. They're generally very kind in returning accidentally spent plat (in certain situations, only if you don't use them).

Reimbursement systems are a no in this game. You bought something? You bought something. The only exception is if you have purchased something, yet it was due to a bug you hadn't received the thing you wanted.

Just think about Syandanas. Abplayer likes one and decides to buy it. Then one month later a beatiful awesome syandana comes out, but the player has already spent his plats. What i'm saying is that this is a Beta Game, so every month some cool stuff comes out, so you can't know if there will be better items than the ones you just bought
