Conclave Players Are Able To Move Before Round Starts

After team selection players in Conclave are able to move. They just press the regular movement keys in order to do it. This breaks the game because people are able to snatch energy orb before the round begins.

I believe it, on the 500-1000 conclave map, players on the "SUN" team can easily move themselves towards energy orbs during round countdown
