Someone once tried to get me to start the trade by listing the plat before they posted the mods. If you're trading for 4 or more things, you really need to split up the payment appropriately. Never pay in full before you get all items promised. You probably should have paid 120 or 130 platinum for the first 3 mods and the remaining 60~70 platinum for the final mod. As for reporting the player, you can try submitting a Support Ticket as listing their name here on the forums is not allowed ("naming and shaming" is against the rules), however they'll likely say what everyone here has said.
