Banshee's Silence Power Bugged?...

I have had this happen on different tile sets now, when I activate her power of silence its affects work but when the timer runs out banshee stays in the visual affect mode plus the sound stay as if the power is still activated (and it isn't). The kicker is that the power can not be used again until the mission is over.
