So... If I want to make an Aklex and already have 2 Lexs I need to waste some credits and an Orokin cell just to hold them together in both hands at the same time? It makes no sense. I think we should be able to modify both weapons as one, but we can't use the same mod on both of them and not have to own a blueprint to make a weapon we already have. I believe it would make a lot more sense.

I think it makes more sense then what I can get out of your idea.

A cell isn't too hard to obtain, and nor are the credits.

And your idea seems to mean you have to rank multiples of mods. Ranking multiple hornets? No thanks.

honestly if de wants the game to have more depth to the weapons and have every weapon besides the 5-6 overpowered ones fun to level they will remove thos mods nerf them and cut all the hp and armor down XD

till DE wants to actualy have that depth in all the weapons why should the dual weapons have depth that they cant capatalize on they are fine as they are now till they fix the game

 once they fix the game I would much rather the weilding any pistol with any other pistol and the removale of zoom for dual weilding so we can fire them independendly it would be much more intuitive and provide a downside to dual weilding that would make them a real option to using a single pistol instead of such direct upgrades

Yes. I agree. You'd have to rank up multiple mods, and this way would be OP anyway, since you can upgrade 2 max-rank Hornet Strike mods (if you have tons of cores and credits...) and use them simultaneously, resulting an extremely strong weapon. (It would make more sense, though, but it just would be too OP.)

 

However, I argree with the other part of the post, having to use credits and wait 12 hours just to put the 2 weapons together makes no sense. Maybe reducing the time and credit cost could solve the problem, however, Orokin Cells are fine because of lore reasons.

Mods wouldn't apply stats on both weapons, mods would apply stats just to the weapon it's equipped on, it would be like having two Lex pistols. That way we could make more elemental damage types. Edited by localpolice
