Mprime and Fleeting its not very good to combo anymore as the range of Mprime is determinant by its duration.

Yes, maybe, but the point is with this build you have some positive effects and none negative.

Yeah, i'd say skip anything that cuts radius (Fleeting/Narrow Minded), try using Streamline, Continuity + Constitution for pure 58% duration increase and try both radius mods on.

how is a less then 5 meter radius on Mprime not a negative effect?
