thecolin- Posted May 24, 2014 Posted May 24, 2014 (edited) So I have two laptops and I wanna use one as a monitor since it is outdated a bit. I actually had found a way to do this however it was a long time ago and I can't seem to find it. Just remember, using a laptop as a monitor FOR another laptop. Oh and I presume this is going to be a problem; one of the laptops are on Windows 7 and the other is on Windows 8. Any help would be much appreciated. Edit: So I downloaded a third party sofware and it lets me hover my mouse over the secondary pc. Laggy and buggy I'll work with it since it is the only solution I have. Kylecrafts Posted May 24, 2014 Posted May 24, 2014 (edited) You can't. Will edit in why 2 secs Unless you use 3rd party software and/or hardware, it's not possible. Can't remember why not exactly. Edited May 24, 2014 by Kylecrafts
Krotalon Posted May 24, 2014 Posted May 24, 2014 The laptop you're willing to use as a monitor should have a video input port, or it won't be possible as far as I know.
