Bosses Droptables Are Broken

So recently I got all parts for a Brakk and went to farm Orokin Cells. Sargas Ruk usually drops them all the time once defeated and I went about 6 runs with no Orokin Cell drop. I also went to visit Lech Kril and he isn't dropping any rare resources either. I heard of others saying Alad V isn't dropping any Neural Sensors. (Will go test soon)

 

If it was intended to make bosses not drop any rare resources please state so.

They dont drop them all the time now but i was farming them both today and a week ago without a single issue.

it's just RNG. The other day, it took me so long to help my girlfriend get 2 which she used to build the wrong thing (haha) so I had to get them again for her again and this time, took pretty quick. The other day I racked up about 7 Neurals in a matter of runs, I was impressed. Cells/Neurodes you should really do ODA. I sometimes end up with about 3 cells per run.
