Leto Garden Placements

Okay, normally I can tolerate the mild annoyance of not being to place a specific object anywhere, but the Leto garden (big garden, maple-leaf floor) is one of the worst offenders I've found. In terms of placement, all small objects are fine but big ones like trees and the garden arch don't like most of the places you might want to place one.

Apparently the trees count as solid ground that I can place things on but the actual ground does not.
