Game Has Been Freezing Often

So for the pass week or so, the game has randomly been freezing both in mission and out. The happening of the freezes have been completely random. I've uninstalled and re-installed and the problem still persists. Something odd about this is that it hasn't froze when I play in anything above 800x600, or at least not yet.
