Im from the future, and i come to tell you, Tenno, that your guess is right. THE 3D ARSENAL AND FOUNDRY AND MARKET ETC WILL; EXIST!!!!!

I think it would be really nice if while in the dojo we could be able to change warframes and weapons...  especially since we have a dueling room.  

Either through a menu option, or having our own personal 'room' or locker in the dojo we can access.  Maybe something that needs to be a clan research project (treasury credits contributed as a group requirement) after reaching a reasonable number of clan members. You would have to contribute your own resources to build. It could take between 3 and up to 7 days to complete. And maybe even have a few other reasonable clan or individual based requirements to qualify. Heck you could even create a quest based mission to qualify that only becomes available after joining a clan and reaching a specific rank.

It could also be an optional in game blueprint purchase (maybe even on a payscale based on rank at time of purchase ranging from 750+ down to 275 Platinum), In order to purchase, In addition to the clan requirements being met, Minimum mastery rank of 4 or 5 (not too high, but not too low). And maybe a few others...   

I honestly think you might find more than a few people willing to pay to be able to have instant aresenal access in the dojo.  And those who aren't would definitely be enticed if not compelled to do what it takes to earn it.
