"reconfiguration Could Not Be Completed..."

I am currently in my mod screen and trying to sell off unused mods. I am also trying to use the credits to upgrade other mods. All the sales act as though they've gone through, but the upgrades fail and generate the following message...

"Reconfiguration could not be completed. Your account has not been charged. Please try again later."

Anyone else seeing this? I have restarted the game and the console to try to get things to behave. Restarting negates all the sales that appeared to have been successful. Hoping it's just a server glitch that will clear soon...

I haven't enountered this before, but its probably something to do with your connection to the servers.
