Can you use skins for the un-primed versions of weapons on prime weapons?

 

E.g. Paris and the Paris prime forest skin

E.g. Boltor and the Boltor prime Forest skin

for most of the part you can use skins on prime weapons, but there are a few exception. check around in the arsenal to see if the ones you want work.
