It's difficult to run a Reflect-Parry game while always worrying about enemy positioning, and whether pulling a riposte on a parried enemy will either clip me through something.

 

I've had the 'frame I was using clipping through a map's wall and ending up on the outside on two separate occasions now, and just recently I parried a Lancer taking cover behind some pipes and find my Valkyr half-phased in the pipe.

 

It's more common with dual dagger and single-sword frontal finisher animations, although I believe it can potentially happen with any weapon, and both front finisher or a backstab animations, due to how it re-places you at the end of said animations, even/especially when your back is to the wall.
