Serious Clan Emblem Submission/ Display Issue. (Technical)

            So, I have a clan emblem made. It is 28 x 28 and .png as well. I noticed some clans seem to have pulled off transparency in their emblem. Likewise, I followed suit. My issue is in Gimp, I added an alpha channel and cut out the focal point such that all you can see is the focal point itself. However, when shown in the preview mode prior to submission the focal point is again placed against a white backdrop. My actual question(s):

 

1# Will it actually become a transparent imagine in game?

2# Will it remain the way as previewed (with white backdrop) on the Tenno?

3# If it be the latter, how can I go about changing it so that only the focal point is displayed?

 

        Any responses/ solutions are greatly appreciated as I am desperate for resolution at this point. I've literally grown tired of messing with it so please help out your fellow Tenno during these trying times :/

The background will be transparent, but they'll edit the image such that the actual picture isn't partially transparent. For some reason they don't like translucency. Kinda disappointed because I paid 150p to have a translucent emblem kinda like the Grustrag bolt emblem.

So are you telling me that Mogamu gets to have transparency and others don't? I'm not being a smartass but if this is what you are suggesting they won't get another dime out of me.

Mine worked out fine I had some one do it for so I am ignorant on fix, but transparent backdrop is possible.
