Bug? - Excalibur's Radial Blind Does Not Correctly Blind Moas.

This is not a proper request, I'm ashamed to say, but I think I want to pitch it.

Radial Blind is one of my most used CC skills, Excal being my main frame. I keep noticing how the blind part after the stun fails to work properly in some cases and I'm trying to see it as a feature.

However, Corpus MOA seem to often coincidentally blind-fire in the right direction with a certain accuracy. This can have a reason, though, such as:

- The player's location still being unchanged and the enemy firing at the last known position.

- The player or his sentinel causing gun noise, giving the location away for blind-fire.

- The player being in the way of another target.

I keep having cases of MOAs following me with their guns when I made sure to

- turn off my sentinel's gun.

- silence my weapon.

- blind the enemy and then move around while shooting.

While their accuracy is lower than normally, mostly because of lacking target prediction, they actually seem to know where I am despite being under the influence of Radial Blind. Since there is no gun sound giving me away and the gun keeps following even random movement patterns, I expect this to be an actual bug of sorts. It usually works as intended and enemies have no sight of me. Sometimes it doesn't. I just wanted to mention it.

It also reminds me of how Oxium Ospreys follow the player and keep facing him but don't fire their guns due to being blinded. So maybe it's a conceptional issue where the enemy still knows where you are and simply gets orders not to shoot directly at you but can still blind-fire at your position which is always known to them even with missing vision.

Don't get me wrong, Radial Blind is a good skill and I keep successfully using it in most situations. The concept of enemies inherently knowing your position is the weirdo here. Just saying. Probably a deeply rooted issue which will therefore not see a rework due to technical limitations.

The theory I have heard is that you blind the enemy, but he keeps being aware of you cause of the sound, this is, they shoot in direction they hear your gun fires.

But this theory seems a big lie, cause the few enemies that keep this awareness are exactly the moas.

Lately I've seen other radial blinds bugs, I have yet to report them, powers like chaos and radial disarm interrupt your radial blind, and the enemy becomes full functional (no longer blind).

Moreover, I don't make noise. As I said, my sentinel doesn't shoot and I just circle around the enemy, receiving fire. The enemy knows where you are. Radial Blind just tells them not to shoot at you which doesn't work that well on MOAs. So that needs a bugfixing. Radial Blind needs to assign a new target to the enemy which is not the player.

I just tested Radial Blind and it worked fine for me.

Excalibur (not prime), Dread, Lex Prime (with and without max Suppress), Serro, no sentinel, solo on Cytherean, Venus.

Blinded MOAs/Oxium drones only shot at my last known position when I was using my Lex Prime without Suppress. Sometimes, they could track me for like a whole second after firing a shot rather than being just the single instant after I fired my shot so this sounds kind of like what you're talking about.

And only blinded MOAs/Oxium drones fired shots. The crewmen never fought back.

With Suppress or Dread/Serro, MOAs never fired a shot while blinded. Tried it with enemies unalerted and alerted but made no difference so I can't confirm what you're describing.
