Basically, a Jack of All Trades, Master of None frame. His abilities can be used for many different situations: pain-in-the-side enemies that need to be dealt with immediately, clearing the objective on defense missions, or maybe even crowd control! Stats: Health: 125 Shields: 125 Stamina: 125 Armor: 80 Power: 110 Basically, pretty sweet, yet pretty average stats. Sticks to the jack of all trades theme. WARNING! WARNING! BAD DRAWINGS AND AWFUL HANDWRITING AHEAD! WARNING! WARNING ALL DRAWINGS DONE BY ME #SORRYNOTSORRY -- DISREGARD ALL TEXT IN DRAWINGS REGARDING DAMAGE AND SUCH, THEY ARE OLD AND UNBALANCED!!!!!! >:OOOOOO POWER 1: CHERNOBYL BREATH! Rads throws down a smokebomb of irradiated smog, it spreads in a small radius and fades quickly, dealing slowly decreasing damage to enemies that walk inside it, enemies that die from the smog have extra smog clouds the linger for a tiny bit more damage. Continuity mods do not govern how long the cloud lingers, but govern how much DPS is dealt before the damage wanes 20% each 3 seconds. [50/65/80] each .5 seconds (every 3 seconds, damage decreases by 20%) [3s/3.5/4.5s] for damage to wane This ability potency can be increased with damage mods, continuity mods, and range mods. This ability deals gas damage. :IMAGE NOT WORKING -- COMING SOON: POWER 2: NAPALM ARMOR! Rads coats a small part of himself in flaming napalm gel, dealing minor damage to melee attackers, enemies he melees, and enemies he runs past. Damage dealt is in radioactive and fire damage. This coating reduces damage taken by melee, projectile, and bullet damage (up to 90%) This ability potency can be increased with continuity mods. [60%/75%/90%] damage reduced [5s/6s/9s] duration POWER 3: TOXIC LEAK! Rads creates a volatile bubble of toxic waste, and bursts it, those in vicinity in the burst are contorted, and are immobile, Enemies affected are ragdolled, coated in a slime of the player's energy color, and cannot attack/move. The potency of this ability is altered my range and continuity mods. [6m/9m/11m] area of effect [4s/5s/8s] duration POWER 4: NUCLEAR FISSION! Rads charges intense nuclear energy, and disperses it in an all consuming explosion. Leaving enemies burnt to a crisp, a 10 dps mushroom cloud lingers for a short amount of time. This ability potency is increased with damage and range mods. [5m/6m/8m] range [1250/1400/1800] damage [10/30/50] mushroom cloud damage per second Well kids, that's how you make a warframe, sorry if drawings are subpar (i'mleaaaaaarning), but they're the best I had back then....
