This speeds up enemies, this was confirmed by the Devstream to be a BUG, and they want to fix it.

 

I think it should stick around, anyone else?

 

It is, just like a regular Mprime, still beneficial to you and your teammates.

I don't want to play with super-fast enemies.  Fix the bug, be happy with the buffs you got and the fact that Nova wasn't broken beyond recognition like Trinity.

How, exactly, does this HELP your team?

 

It does in Defense missions, believe it or not. If you use it in ODS, the Infested will run towards the center of the room faster, and you can just kill it all  sooner, versus them moving towards it even slower.

a Slowing M Prime will cause mob to spawn slower, and reach their dying range slower as well.

 

a speed-up m prime reduce the time needed to hit a certain wave or kill mob faster.

A fast Mprime is essentially a fast-forward button, and gets things to you quicker, so you can move along the mission faster.

Too bad they made a dev post about a week or more ago that mentioned said bug and how it was going to stay as a "happy accident", like coptering.

Speed buff mp really help out in ODD / DS , that speed up each wave can finish faster

also i still hate slowdown mp (full strength) slowass enemies so boring :\

Don't worry my man, it is staying. That's the only reason I use Nova now because the speed makes it so much fun to use. They said if it causes any balancing issues they'll probably change it but I don't see any downside to it, I quite enjoy it.

I would be sad if it's not staying, we found a way to keep nova in co-op missions without "ruining" all the fun. I believe it's one of those miscalculated things that deserves to stay.

Unrewarding defense mission becomes funnier, faster and with good framemates you can even use NegativeMprime(-Mprime/ +Mprime ) on grineer, corpus or corrupted.

I really don't like it. Yeah, it get's through Dark Sector Defenses faster, but try getting 10 headshots on fast enemies that blow up enemies close to them, before 5 waves when everyone quits (When I tried getting out of the range of MPrime the Nova got &!$$ed at me. Telling me I was taking all of the experience).

 

I get that people like this bug, but it makes certain challenges a lot harder.
