Mission Completion Not Rewarding The Items.

I've completed a couple of missions just yesterday and today and I didn't seem to get their rewards.

It completely says mission complete and everything was going well, no lag and other stuff but when I checked my inventory, the rewards weren't there.

I've lost a tranquil cleave from Earth - Cambria completed mission

Maybe 100,000 credits from 5 Pluto Sechura missions

Can you please double-check this or something? Thanks in advance.
