Where to farm (map/type):

-Shockwave Moa

-Grineer Seeker

-Bombard

 the most effective?

For the Seeker and Bombard, Apollodorus, Mercury is the best place IMO. You'll have to stay for quite some time however! If you want to farm them quick, Outer Terminus, Pluto is probably your best bet. Comes with rare stuff every 5 waves. For the Shockwave MOA, Xini on Eris is probably your best bet. You can get Gnashing Payara and Gleaming Talon there too.
