Crashing A Lot Since Last Patch

this morning in 5 defense runs I crashed about 3 times playing on Dark Sectors Defense

can't remember I crashed this often as I have been crashing all the time there since I started putting forma's on my Ash

maybe it's because of spamming a bugged Blade Storm but if I recall correctly I also crashed a few times on my Nova

 

the last time this happened to me crashing this often was about half a year ago, then I had a very long period without any crash at all, but now crashes start occurring more often and now it's just unplayable for me because I lose every progress I make for about 50% of the time

I don't seem to crash that often in survival though so maybe I should just spam that instead.

 

p.s. all the crashreports have been sent with the crashreporter so I reckon I don't have to send it in seperately

I have been having the same issues, random crash after random crash. Happens in every game mode for me only since this most recent patch and about every 3 games. Most of the time it will just freeze on a black screen (forcing me to close through task manager) others it will crash and give me the bug report and rarely it'll tell me I have run out of video memory.
