StoneColdKiller Posted June 4, 2014 Posted June 4, 2014 (edited) how cool would it be if DE made this new exclusive mod for the Drakgoon to reduce the time needed to charge it, cause i was using it today and i was against alot of enemies so it was hard to fully charge and shoot before falling> DE please take this into consideration.. Thanks for taking the time to read this guys, tell me what you think :) Edited June 4, 2014 by Haldos Edited for misleading information.
LGear Posted June 4, 2014 Posted June 4, 2014 Speed Trigger and Shred reduce the charging time for all weapons that require charging, including the Drakgoon.
Sixty5 Posted June 4, 2014 Posted June 4, 2014 Use a fire rate mod friend. On any weapon with a charge up time, a fire rate mod will reduce the charge time. So slap a Shotgun Spaz or Accelerated Blast on the thing and go to town.
Karlox Posted June 4, 2014 Posted June 4, 2014 Speed Trigger and Shred reduce the charging time for all weapons that require charging, including the Drakgoon. That's for rifle, he's talking about a shotgun. Use Accelerated blast + Shotgun spazz for it.
StoneColdKiller Posted June 4, 2014 Author Posted June 4, 2014 Speed Trigger and Shred reduce the charging time for all weapons that require charging, including the Drakgoon. oh really !! i thought it only affected the fire rate, thanks man :)
Warriorrogue Posted June 4, 2014 Posted June 4, 2014 +attack speed. And it wouldn't just be for the drakgoon, but also for dread, miter, and other charge triggers
StoneColdKiller Posted June 4, 2014 Author Posted June 4, 2014 Thanks guys i really appreciate your help, and yeah i have all of the above, ill use them :)
LGear Posted June 4, 2014 Posted June 4, 2014 (edited) That's for rifle, he's talking about a shotgun. Use Accelerated blast + Shotgun spazz for it. Woops. But yes, mods that affect fire rate affect charging time as well. For the Drakgoon, that'd be Accelerated Blast and Shotgun Spazz. Edited June 4, 2014 by LGear
Karlox Posted June 4, 2014 Posted June 4, 2014 (edited) Let me say this to you (OP) straight to clarify yourself: Speed Trigger and Shred > Rifle. Accelerated blast and Shotgun spazz > Shotgun. Lethal Torrent, Gunslinger > Pistol. Edited June 4, 2014 by Karlox

Anyway no problem, have fun with that punch through beast!

TennoSimons Posted June 4, 2014 Posted June 4, 2014 I actually wish there were a proprietary Drakgoon mod - one that would make the rounds have a small explosive a.o.e. (it is, after all, supposed to be a flak cannon) but at the expense of bouncing rounds and range (like a real flak cannon, the rounds should explode at a certain maxed range). Ranking up the mod would increase the max range before the round goes off (and the charge attack could play into this as well - charging could negate the explosive effect, to allow for shotty sniping and ricochets, etc). For now, I settle for simulating this effect using mods to increase status chance and inflict blast procs.
