With all the content shown in the last Livestream, I'd be shocked if they got it all done for next week, let alone today. It'll probably be towards the end of the month (although Prime Access could possibly be today or next week).

i have a good feeling we wont see u14 for another 2 weeks. but thats if its coming with player ships. they may do what they did last time with melee 2 and make it its own update

I find it odd so many people are saying "too soon". We're on week 7 since u13 hit.

 

The history of incrementals has been approx 7 to 8 weeks.

 

So this is the start of the most-likely window of update 14, they've already had a dev stream where they discuss the next incremental(u14) extensively(something they always makes sure to do shortly before it comes out), they had a lot of "this just needs a paintjob"  artwork to show when they did, and this last weekend featured a HUGE teaser event, which is typically how they lead off for the next incremental.

 

It could be next week instead of today, but it would be bizarre if it isn't either one, particularly as there's no gargantuan "all hands on deck" project crushing the team.
