Unable To Trade Boltor Prime Bp

I've tried to trade a Boltor Prime BP twice now, and both times it would not appear in the trading post's selection menu. I can see plenty of other prime weapon BP's, but no Boltor. I've checked my inventory several times, as well as the foundry, and it appears in both places just fine, just not while trading.

 

Both people I tried to trade with had enough credits, and were ranks 5 and 11, so they should have easily been able to receive the BP. I was even able to trade this very item not even a couple days ago, so I have no idea what's changed since then.
